Velocity Limousines may require a deposit, partial payment, payment-card authorization, or full payment to confirm a reservation.

The customer authorizes Velocity Limousines and its payment provider to process all agreed charges associated with the reservation, including approved additional charges incurred during the service.
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, gratuities, parking charges, tolls, additional stops, waiting time, overtime, cleaning fees, damage charges, and other disclosed fees.
Cancellation, refund, deposit, and rescheduling conditions may vary depending on the type of vehicle, reservation date, event, service duration, and notice provided.
The cancellation and refund conditions included in your quote, invoice, agreement, or booking confirmation form part of these Terms.
Deposits or payments may be non-refundable when stated in the booking confirmation or when a vehicle and chauffeur have been reserved specifically for the customer.

A request is not effective until it has been received and acknowledged by Velocity Limousines.

Velocity Limousines may decline a requested change when it cannot reasonably be accommodated.
Customers should be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

We may monitor publicly available flight information, but customers remain responsible for notifying us of delays, cancellations, terminal changes, or revised arrival times.
Airport pickup procedures, included waiting periods, parking fees, and additional waiting charges may be explained in the quote or booking confirmation.
Passengers must behave safely, respectfully, and lawfully.
The following may be prohibited inside a vehicle:
The chauffeur may end or refuse service when passenger conduct creates a safety risk, violates the law, damages property, or materially interferes with the service.
Refunds may not be provided when service is ended because of passenger misconduct.
Alcohol may only be possessed or consumed when permitted by applicable law and approved by Velocity Limousines.
Passengers are responsible for complying with all age restrictions, open-liquor requirements, and other applicable laws.
The chauffeur may refuse alcohol consumption or remove alcohol when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
The person making the reservation may be responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by the customer or any passenger in their party.

Reasonable cleaning, repair, replacement, administrative, and loss-of-use charges may be applied.
Photographs, inspection reports, repair invoices, or other documentation may be used to support the charge.
Velocity Limousines will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested vehicle.
A comparable vehicle may be substituted when necessary because of maintenance, mechanical issues, safety concerns, availability, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, we will notify the customer of a material substitution.
Travel times are estimates and may be affected by:
Velocity Limousines does not guarantee arrival at an exact time and is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
Customers should allow sufficient travel time for flights, appointments, events, and other time-sensitive commitments.
Passenger safety is a priority.
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the chauffeur. Seatbelts must be worn where required.
Passenger counts must not exceed the lawful or manufacturer-approved capacity of the vehicle.
Velocity Limousines may refuse to transport passengers or property when doing so would be unsafe, unlawful, or contrary to insurance requirements.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Velocity Limousines is not responsible for property that is lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should inspect the vehicle before leaving it.
We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return found property. Delivery, shipping, or chauffeur-time charges may apply when returning an item.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, vehicle images, descriptions, availability, rates, service areas, and other information may change without notice.
Images may be representative and may not show the exact vehicle assigned to a reservation.
